● Intake Form: Please complete your intake form after booking. It will be presented right after you book an appointment and within your MANAGE APPOINTMENT link sent with every email and text notification that goes out to you. ● What to Wear: Arrive in comfortable clothing; you’ll change into a spa wrap. ● Hair Prep: Hair doesn’t need to be freshly washed—1–2 days after wash day is perfect for scalp analysis. ● Arrival: Your session includes a 5-minute pre + post consultation. Arrive on time, with your phone silenced, and having already used the restroom. ● Height & Weight Limit: For safety clients must be 6'2" or under and 250 lbs or under. ● Blow Dry: A blow dry is an add-on service. Without this, guests will leave with damp, detangled hair. ● Payment: A card is required to book, but you won’t be charged until after your session. ● Cancellation: 48-hour notice is required.
